As president and founder of Jaime Job Consulting, she is a trusted advisor to hotels and hospitality groups around the world. Jaime’s signature mix of technology expertise and industry know-how make her a sought-after consultant, trainer, and speaker for today’s leading hospitality companies.

She began her career in restaurants before joining the opening team at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, Arizona. Jaime then spent 15 years with the Sheraton Seattle, ITT Sheraton, and Starwood Hotels and Resorts. She worked in banquets before moving into sales and catering, where she developed Delphi and sales process standards for both Sheraton and Starwood.

Prior to founding Jaime Job Consulting in 2001, Jaime spent years as a sales analyst and corporate trainer at Starwood. Traveling the world to train staff and manage support for Delphi, she recognized a dire need to bridge the gap between technology and hospitality. What’s more, Jaime saw that most hotels could dramatically improve if they simply identified the hidden gaps in their business processes.

Over the past 16 years, Jaime has helped hundreds of top hotels, ownership groups, and management companies maximize success in the industry. She provides key insight into their processes and develops customized plans to increase their bottom-line revenues. Through auditing, consulting, speaking, educating, and reporting, Jaime empowers her clients to become more efficient, more productive—and more profitable.

A certified Newmarket systems analyst, Jaime was the founding president of the Washington State chapter of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International, and a founding member of the ITT Sheraton Technology Board and Starwood’s Sales Administration Team. She lives in Washington State, where she enjoys spending time with her husband and four kids.

She is active in the local special needs community, and loves to travel and garden in her spare time.
